The 2013 Willie M Medal: Round 8
The big move this week came from sometimes Gold Coast outside back but always strong Willie M poller Steve Michaels. Rightly on the outer at the beginning of the season, injuries have seen the clumsy and testosterone challenged Michaels poll in each of his last four outings. He claimed the three votes for his shocker against the Warriors with the Fifth and Last Podcast adding in correspondence with your author that he “is the worst first grader ever”. It is tough to argue with.

Adam Blair got ONE point? Someone has a man crush on him…
Bit harsh on young Nathan Green! First game of the year and I thought he went ok, finished two tries off quite well. A few other more experienced players may have been more deserving, ie Mitch Rein and Jamie Soward
Nick – give yourself 3 Willie M points for having neither St G half back in your top 3.
