The 2015 Willie M Medal: Round 13

Filed in NRL, Willie M by on June 8, 2015

Bulldogs backrower Tony Williams has spared himself the indignity of being hailed as Rugby League’s most consistently mediocre player by suffering a season-ending bicep injury at training last week. The news has been welcomed by Canterbury fans everywhere, who wish Williams a fast recovery and an even faster release.

  1. Poor Jack Wighton seems to be a little bit confused and overwhelmed by the concept of fullback. Not quite as painful as watching him try to play 5/8th, but still. He needs to be in the centers and told to just run and hit things.

On that note, maybe Ricky plans to use one of the three halves at fullback next year?
