A short Round this week building to a SOO in Sydney next Wednesday night. With SOO players not available, and a short round, we have still been able to find 2 plays for Round 14.

Here is the Round 14 Making the Nut free Round Selection:

Cowboys – Line: 5.00 Bet Units: When was the last time a team that included Dallas Johnson, got flogged by over 18 points! Yes, the Sea Eagles have been brilliant recently but have beaten out-of-form teams Brisbane & Canterbury-Bankstown, have got on a nice roll and will probably beat the Cowboys at Brookvale on Saturday night. Yes, the Cowboys are without the best player and best prop in the world, but are a different side in 2011 than previous years. The Cowboys got ambushed early last week by a Dugan led Raiders, but the character and effort they showed to not just run down, but smash the Raiders, whilst not letting in another try after the 20 minute mark is massive. Ratings suggest the Cowboys forwards will have too much mobility and stamina – Rose, King and Williams will not play big minutes and the impact of Mauro and Robinson has been solid only. The Cowboys back-row is now awesome with the rise-and-rise of Tariq Sims – he and Glenn Hall are running great lines, with Johnson doing what he does best – blocking the middle-third. Winterstein will be in for a torrid time with Matai running at his inside shoulder all night, Antonio is not a good defender. Foran and Cherry-evans should get the Sea Eagles home in a close one with plenty of points. Sea Eagles are deserving favourites, but the line is astounding and the Cowboys are too good in 2011 to get belted. You can get a line of up to +15.5 and +16.5 – take the Cowboys at the plus!

TLP Key Stats for Season 2011 after Round 13:

– Strike rate of 60.50%
– Net Profit of 22.36%
– Profit of +38.23 Units
