The AFL Lines – Round 4
23 units bet thus far for 18 winners at the line and a tidy little profit. Surely Greg Oberscheidt and Cliff Bingham can’t keep up this pace? Round 4 of the 2014 AFL season is in the sights of the boys as they talk shop and lay down their bets for the weekend ahead.

hey boys, where is the best place to get closing lines + over/under from? like off a betting company’s website or is there some form of stats/betting website i should be looking at? cheers, keep it up btw.
I tend to use Odds Portal http://www.oddsportal.com/aussie-rules/australia/afl/results/
You can also use results section of your betting company of choice, though sometimes the ‘results’ they post include any shifts via in-play betting, so just need to be a little cautious about the figures you pick up.
The previous comment still won’t come up (can’t moderate comments from my phone in Sydney), but tonight’s bet is UNDER 175.5 pts, not over.
“Stinger” I may be drunk on a Friday night, but I’m sure you took the unders in the geel-west coast game during the pod cast but the the recommendations say you took the overs. Just pointing out to give you a chance to rectify before kick off. Love both your blokes work.
Cheers
Double drop
Nice start CB. Just a note that you written summary says “Over” for the Geelong/WC total. It should read “Under”
About 10 minutes after we finished recording this podcast last night (its subsequent transmittal to our IT guru Flanners caused 24 hours of grief), Greg reflected on the list of outs for Freo and retracted his Fremantle bet.
To reiterate, Greg now only has 3 recommended bets this week, with Freo at the minus scratched from the list.
Also, I wanted under 175.5 pts tonight for Cats v Eagles (as per the podcast conversation), but stuffed up the summary. Apologies, and thanks to our podcast listener who spotted the discrepancy. To reiterate, the recommended bet is under 175.5 pts.
