A tipping comp that is unlike anything you’ve ever been involved in. Imagine a competition where you have to pick the Stanley Cup champion, Golden Slipper winner, Tour de France champion, Brownlow medallist and winner of Wimbledon all in one competition?
When you pick up a newspaper – are you just like many red blooded sports nuts around the world? A brief glance at the major headlines, current events, business and politics, before turning the paper over, straight to the sports section to get the absolute latest results.
Imagine what it will be like when suddenly you analyse not just the latest footy scores, but you linger over those sports results five, six, seven, eight pages in. When you find yourself up late cursing timezones, or when you suddenly subscribe to Fox Sports.
Extreme Tipping comprises twenty different sports between March to October and you could be part of it all! Over thirty two weeks, and six different rounds of tipping with an opportunity to be part of plenty of prizes

Yeah apologies for that WittyReference.
We hit some logistical hurdles in trying to get a column for the guy who runs Extreme Tipping (not me personally, but a friend of the Making The Nut team) up as "Submitted by anonymous" under the broader "Guest Guru" banner, and in the end it got to a point where it went up under my name simply to get it in play before the deadline.
Ideally, this column would have been up 1-2 weeks prior to the tipping deadline, such that MTN readers would have a bit of time to check it out and make further enquiries.
Nonetheless, I know that this comp has been runnning for a number of years now, and will almost certainly be going around again in 2014. We'll aim to give significantly more notice next year!
